Create a very simple flash animation. (This can be 5 or 10 frames – just enough to prove you can animate an object, and export the file.)
Export it as a movie, and upload it to youtube.com (or a similar site). Link it up in your blog.
Tips on saving the file:
- Normally to publish on the web, we would save these in the .swf format. We’ll be loading them in youtube, though – so we will be saving them as avi movies.
- In flash, go to file –> export movie.
- Switch the format to avi.
- This should create an avi file which can be uploaded to youtube.
Begin thinking about a storyboard for a one minute cartoon animation.
